Change in itinerary

We are no longer traveling to Morroco.  :(   That was the port I was most excited about.  I was looking forward to returning to Morocco and spending more time in the Berber villages in the Atlas mountains, I loved it last time we were there.  I also felt like I could navigate the medinas(maze like street markets) much better since I had some experience. It was also the only country we were going to visit that was not European based.  Every port we are going to is now going to has been or is a European colony.

The country we are going to instead is Canary Islands.  More a vacation destination rather than a cultural experience.  There is some great national parks there, that I hope to enjoy.  I am very happy that we get a break from all the city streets of these large cities we have been visiting.  Riley said of all our travels Hilo, on the big Island of Hawaii is her favorite because we stepped off the ship an there were no buildings like all the other places, it was green plants.  She may think the worls away from home is all big cities!
